What started out as a leaking tired asbestos roof with a ceiling hight so low you couldn’t even walk inside given the five star treatment.

• Roof fully removed and raised to a height is 2300mm, with tested 6x2 timbers.

• We decided to incorporate a rear canopy with integral roof light to maintain natural light to existing kitchen.

• Front and rear cladded in our signature

• Canadian western cedar with powder coated aluminium fascia.

• Roof finished with our signature SPM
